First time we've used Jan's services after a friend recommended him. I thought he did a great job servicing our ducted air con system. No fuss, no drama, he just got on with it quickly and efficiently. Very thorough too compared to some other outfits we've used in the past! Very happy with all aspects of the job, which was a bathroom heat lamp/fan replacement. I was nervous about going with the first tradie who responded to my listing on Builderscrack, but I'm really happy I did, Jan was great. Fast initial communication, full explanation of what was likely going wrong and how to remedy it, bang on time and a great job completed. All this in less than 24 hours! Wouldn't hesitate to rebook if needed and highly recommend.
